Bonding with nature

The weekend in Ireland had been just too good. Saturday we went to this place called the Giant's Causeway , which is supposed to be the fourth greatest natures wonder in the united kingdom. Its a formation of the rocks due to volcanic eruption. Well i really dont want to get into the details of the place you can see that here but being there and looking at the enormous blue sea was a true bliss. Looking at the vastness of the sea sparked off lifes little hopes inside me. Its really true that nature has great healing powers. It truely does and sea has all the incredients to cure you of all the emotional and physical ailments. For me it did. It was a long long tiring walk but i never realised it. When we left that place i left a part of me there already.

The nest day we were on our way to our next nature exploration - The Mourne way, Newcastle. This is a long distance walk from the irish sea side to the top of the mountain to capture nature's true beauty from the top. When we started the walk initially i had my own inhibitions weather i will have the strenght to complete the walk. After a certain distance i saw a lot of people joining us as we all set our foot on the forest to walk up to the top and trust me there were old people too and i was all pepped up to take the chanllenge. It was indeed all worth the effort. The view of the sea from the top of the hill is breathtaking and absolutely picturesque. There cant be anything in the world more beautiful than nature. You can fall in love with her again and again and remember she will never break your heart. She is full of surprises. As we started climbing the mountain it was hot and humid and sun was very sharp and hurting and as we reached on top it started drizzling. The lovely clouds enveloped the beautiful mountain looked like the fairy god mother is waitng to bless us with her magic spell. It was so serene and silent there that you dont want to draw urself back to the loud and busy city life. Nature is the most inexpensive and effective stress buster. The best way to wind up a busy stressful weekend is to retreat yourself to nature.
