Feels like i have been in london for almost a decade now. The city has gotten into me so much, the same old roads, the same buses, the same tubes, the same announcement 'This is Canary Wharf change for the DLR'. (Not just this i know every announcement that is made in every station). Thats when i thought looking back on my stay in the city where the queen rules, how far have i come.
The thought on my mind now:
To apply for jobs to keep myself occupied (not just that the big bucks also matters honey)
Wishful Thinking (not really)
I could land into something soon so that its not another long wait
Prayers on my lips :
That my husband runs out of project here so that his company decides to keep him in India for a while. (wow how cool is that)
Food i eat (currently)
Almost nothing. Striken by oh-not-fatal disease chicken pox iam restricted to eat food with less salt, less spice and virtually no oil (and i dont see any weight loss here. Oh god why should i go through this if u cant take the extra pounds off me)
Book iam reading
The devil wear Prada by Lauren Weisberger. A delightful read.
The song iam currently listening and singing out loud
Songs from the movie The Train. Very soulful numbers i must say.
My major timepass:
Well the internet i must say and the tele.
My current interest:
Learning French,drawing and painting
The Sitcoms I dont miss watching
Friends and sex and the city.
My next big worry
The chiken pox marks on my face (hope it fades off soon)
Iam looking forward to:
The visit by my bro-in-law,co-sis and little nephew in 2 weeks time.
I Miss
My parents,my bro and friends back in india
I regret
For not taking care of my weight after my wedding (damn it took 4 months to shed those extra kilos and look hot which now iam not ..ah tht rhymed)
Finally I wonder
What happened to my blog writing skills and my poetic skills that i had while i was employed (oh maybe i will get the powers back when i join back work)
