WWW - Whats With Weather

British weather, they say is 'utterly unpredictable'. I would'nt complain coz that becomes the basis of a good conversation. Weather topic is certainly an ice breaker. Trust me it comes very handy, i see somebody i feel like talking to i just go to them and say 'Awful weather.is'nt it?' and then the whole conversation begins. Every Londoner or for that matter Britisher uses it. A couple of days back i had a carpenter come over to fix my french doors, It was a sunny day say around 17 deg C outside. He seemed a very friendly guy, he started working very cheerfully, and then he goes on 'Lovely weather. is'nt it? are'nt you planning to go on a jog or something? i love jogging..blah blah'. Today i had the same carpenter come over courtesy my ever problematic french doors again and he goes like 'ah what an aweful weather in'nit?' and i go like 'Yeah you bet.' Now you get the point dont you.
Now that i have also started this post with the weather topic let me tell you a bit about the london weather. Do not be duped by Mr.Sun, he is totally a nonreliable person in this part of the world, he would probably come, smile and suddenly hide away and bring down crazy showers. So always keep our very reliable Mr or Ms (let me not be gender biased here)Umbrella. The sun may be shining bright but it can be freezing cold with our other not too friendly guy Wind who never fails to pay his visit during the day, and when he comes he comes with a bang, so remember to carry a sturdy umbrella, if not be ready to bid adieu to your that precious floral printed little umbrella which you preserved for that rainy day. The other most reliable person who has to accompany you is Mr.Jacket with a Hood. Come rain, come shine he comes handy all the time. Be it summer, spring or autumn, you need a jacket all the time. Once you have all the above, you are ready to take on..hmmm....well...London's crappy weather. They say 'if you cant beat em, join em'. So i will tell you to take all these and enjoy the lovely london by all means.
Also remember the golden rule of starting the conversation with the evergreen topic of weather, after all in the movie 'cheeni kum' the love of amitabh and tabu blossomed because of the umbrella which inturn was because of the weather. Should i say is it the Weather that makes the love happen???

On the contrary Mr.Sun has not been showing mercy to this part of the world. The weather is steaming in India. Fortunately Ms.Kerchief comes to the rescue. In fact people here are planning to dispose gas stoves and cook using direct sunlight. :)

Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule is the telugu version of the movie Yaaradi nee mohini.
