Khullam khulla pyar kare ya kare chori se
Public display of affection, a very common phenomenon in western culture, slowly catching up in our country as well is'nt it? My question is does it mean that only when you public show your love to your loved ones, you are in love. Kissing, smooching, hugging these are some of the way people show their affection in public places like trains, buses, movie halls,on streets,in restaurants. The other day we saw an indian couple all in love and majorly kissing and cuddling. I asked my husband if they would do the same if they were in India and he said they cant thats why they are here. Maybe it is not catching up to this extent in india. You will probably find couples holding hands and cuddlling close to each other, smooch and kiss is something which you wont see much in public places. But does that mean that love is more here and less in india, does it mean relationship is valued more in western countries than India. Then why are there more breakups and more flings in western countries compared to india. Or is it that as much as there is public display of affection there are things that are publicly known in these countries when compared to India, where the culture and traditions stops us from letting certain things out of the door?
